It was so hot in madison today some of the paint that they mark lines with ended up on my grill. I thought it was a bug at first but then I realized it's really hard and perfectly yellow. So how am I supposed to safely remove this stuff?

Try clay. You might need red (bodyshop clay), or sometimes you can pop it off with your fingernail. Either way, it will probably leave a little marring, so follow with a mild polishh like SSR2.

if it is a plastic grill, I would just use a plastic razor blade to pop it off or your fingernail if they are long enough.

Yeah, my boss drove through some paint spilled on the road right after it spilled and a plastic blade took it all off.
