i was due to expire the 18th on the xterra. i have had it in all my past vehicles. i have heard of a deal for $25 for 6 months. so i called in today and asked if they would honor this, and sure enough, all is good. so if your near the end of your trial period, use this offer.
 
I have 3 cars with sirius and I always call to get that deal.
Just make sure that you do not keep a credit card on file with them because when its time to renew you will always be charged the regular rate.
 
Great info. I just signed up for the 6 months for $25 on my Dodge Ram. I don't use the car that much but having XM is great. I hope they continue this promotion.
 
Mine ended about about 2 months ago on my Camaro it came with 3 months which ended up close to 4 since they had a 2 week promo back in September for non-subscribers. I got the usual calls and the usual junk mail from them and never really got no good deals. I think best was $9.99 a month for 6 months I think it was and regular price is $14.95. At those prices I am too cheap to waste money on that, need the money to feed the detailing budget. I have the connectivity package in the car and I can hook up my Ipod that has 1800 songs it before I will shell out money for the 3 or 4 stations I like. JMO.

they do plan on you getting hooked. i recall years ago when i got my first vehicle with XM. really? i was amazed. a CD has never seen the slot since. so for me, its worth it.
 
My silverado gets it for free, dont know how or why, but I dont plan on asking any questions. I have heard of other people having the same thing happen.
 

We had Sirus/XM in my wife's car for a year. But at the end it was decided that at even $40 for a year it wasn't worth it when radio is free. Also our average commute is only around 30min so it's really not that big of a deal to us.


 
I've had it since I bought my truck 3 years ago and I love it. I rarely listen to FM radio. The other day I drove my TA and I felt lost without it.
 
Awesome Deal, when I got my Acura it had it and I was hooked. Renewed ever since. My current promotion is something like $40 for 6 six month.

yea, chrysler's trail is great. ONE YEAR. nissan was just 3 months. :( bobby, wait till its almost expired and hit them up by phone. by then who knows what the deal will be?

guess the well to do get the LIFETIME deal. this way you never have to worry again. dont know what the current price is on that. my latest mailing was $449.79 for 5 years.
 
They must be having a promotion this weekend. I was on a road trip and of course I didn't check until I was about 5 miles from home and what do you know free XM.
 
I had one for yrs while I was on the road and one in the shop. Now the one in the shop is all that I renew. Whenever I'm close to renewal I call and ask for a deal. If they refuse I'll cancel and within a week or so they will bombard me with free of discounted offers.
