This just in! Mike Phillips just resigned his (substantial) position at Mequiar's.:bolt



Takes a lot of nerve to go out on his own...



I won't promote his new venture here, but he'll be doing roadshows, and continuing to spread the detailing 'gospel' as only Mike can.



We wish him Godspeed.

Wow! Mike is a super nice guy. I wonder if this means he is coming back to Show Car Garage? Maybe this will clear the way for the release of the "How to Use a Rotary Polisher" DVD.
 
Oh snap I just there at MOL and I saw a thread about Mike is leaving :soscared:

Well, besides the OP, Mike is back posting on SCG, and promoting his workshop at Jimmy Buff-It's. IIRC, Meg's made him resign from SCG...so using inverse logic, if he is now posting/active again with SCG...

SCG? what forum is that?
 
Um...that's his forum that he created to talk about Meg's products. Apparently after he came to work at Meg's, they became aware of it, and asked him to do something similar for them, which became MOL. SCG languished for a long time, then was resurrected a year or two ago. You'll have to search it out.
 
Don't worry. Now, MOL will be just as good as Car Crazy Central!
