wow I think it s time to bring back.........

Barry Theal- Heh heh, that's like a "Before" of one of my beater dog-haulers :D

I wanna see you pull the wheels and do the wells and undercarriage! What about that engine compartment?!?

So what grit did you use for the sanding?

I see you still have your metal-tweaking skills...

You gonna throw some old-school wax on that sucker? (Did I hear the sandwich truck pull up?)

Heh heh heh....I just *knew* it was only a matter of time before you did a *real* detail again after all that exotic [stuff] :chuckle:

LOL Just for you Mark!! We will call this 2 Fat Guys Perfection! :waxing::waxing:

well it was a long day and its all done but a few small things and some double checking. Windows cracks, Jams, and such.

Damn good turn around on the interior! I love reading these threads just as much if not more than reading threads that have "1 in 12 made concept car complete detail" these daily drivers are fun to watch the turn around on!!

I wanna see the paint under full sun, after 3 90% Alcohol, 2 Paint Thinner wipedowns and a Dawn wash(before your Ardex LSP).

Then, the interior pics need to be captured with a HI black light hitting it.

[Insert usual :bow regarding Barry Theal's work here...]

Barry Theal- I'll be interested to hear what you think of that Collinite (note the 845 is great on exterior trim too).

Heh heh, I see you got the wheelwells looking decent :D

I'm still all   about how you (and some others ;) ) are finishing out with M105...gotta play around with that.

Heh heh, after seeing how this thing turned out I'm half tempted to let you do my Crown Vic after all!

Cool thread. I feel the pain of working on these jobs. We had a Ford Explorer in the other day that was on par with this. The previous owner was an absolute slob and I've never seen such a mess, added to which he'd owned a Chocolate Labrador that had spent plenty of time in the back. I didn't take photo's cause I was afraid they'd be used for marketing and we'd get more of them to do...

Oh I feel the pain and you've done a great job. The truck looks like new.

How are you sanding? Looks like 3000 Unigrit or Abralon to me but I'd be keen to know more about your technique. I'm pretty new so the finer grit papers but I'm enjoying discovering just how easy they are to polish
