...Does it come with a foam pad? I...It's gonna cost you an additional $9 for a pad and $16 for backing plate.

Nobody uses the pads that come from Porter Cable anyway.

I think if you dont want it dont comment on it....all this going back and forth on the topic is a waste of bandwidth, just let him sell it for what he wants! 150 with backing plate and pad is about even to what you would get it for driving from your house, to lowes, to another store to get the pad and backing plate, and driving home plus tax....if you dont want to save the gas and time, then buy it, if you dont, then dont

I see PC going for $120-$130 all the time on Ebay. Throw in that backing and pad and add a few dollars to the shipping cost and make yourself some bread to spend on products you need.

Your market is probably 0 people who live within that radius that do not have a PC and want one.

this isnt true, I'm not far from the OP and I would take up the offer if money wasn't tight at the moment for me. So Cal's large population's gotta have a number people who would be interested, if not on autopia than maybe craigslist or other forums.



curious if the lifetime warranty would still apply for this particular case as one wouldnt have a store receipt for the purchase and ownership is technically transfered?

According to Meguiar's rep warranty is not valid if product is not purchased directly from them.
