Nice work.

You are a brave man to be practicing with a wool pad.

well i work at a body shop and thats all they have there, so i tried it like a month ago and theyre like no burns, good job. i was like are you serious

I received my hitachi this past monday so I too will soon be learning how to use a rotary correctly. Now all I need to do is to go find a test panel or two and then get some new pads and a backing plate (as my current ones are on their way out). Great work on the car!

awesome work!

I can handle the PC but for some reason I have always been afraid of the rotary. I may give it a shot one day but for now I want to master the PC :chuckle:

Its actually not that hard if you get a good rotary. The difference between the cheap and expensive ones is just unspeakable.

If she's balanced, and at a proper speed, it will be easier than a PC in my eyes.

couldnt agree more. after using the rotary and then using the PC, i actaully liked the rotary better plus it didnt vibrate like the PC does

Great work! I too will be taking my first swing at the rotary pretty soon. I just don't know where to get a scrap panel.
