Wolfgangs Concours Series.

ok, I'm embarassed but I had Ziebart put a Diamond Gloss coating on my new TL. I know, I know but in my defense, I didn't know about this forum before I had it done (and actually, I've been pretty happy with it so far.)

My question: can I put WG on top of this (pre-wax and sealant?) Or do I really have to strip off the Diamond Gloss coating before applying WG? If I don't strip off the Diamond Gloss, will the WG sealant not bond?

(dying to use WG but want to do it right...)

I used the WG twins on my Lunar Mist Tacoma this weekend and it's the deepest shine yet. Being the Zaino bigot that I have been, I mixed up a little bit of Z2 with ZFX and put three layers on half of my fiberglass lid. We'll see if it holds up.

The Zaino held up better than anything on my black mirrors, cowl and clearcoated wheels. But I like the WG twins ease of use.

Time will tell on durability of the WG products.

maecrispy-the Wolfgang Sealant should be compatible but I am not sure if the polish will affect the Ziebart stuff.

Thanks Scottwax!

Since the car is new and the paint is in great condition, I'm not even sure if the polish is necessary.

I'll go ahead and give the WG sealant a shot. I was going to go with SG but when I saw how WG looked on my friend's silver 330xi, I started drooling. =)

Thanks again!
