This was my full review for Wolfgang for a couple other non-detailing forums, so please excuse it if some parts are elementary. :)

"Courtesy of Jngrbrdman (Anthony), I received a plethora of new products (to me) to try out, enjoy, and then review. First up was the Wolfgang Pre-Wax Polish Enhancer and then the Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. These two products are in competition mostly with Klasse AIO/SG and 4* Pre-Cleaner and Ultimate Paint Protection. You can purchase any of these products from Our Sponsor.

First up, I washed with Meguiar's NXT Tech Wash, which I have to say is an amazing car wash. By far, the BEST I have used. You only need a little to produce monstorous suds and lubricity that will easily clean your surface without removing wax/sealants and allows for a high gloss final shine. After rinsing off that, I went straight to the Clay Magic Clay Bar using some car wash:water (1:10) mixture in a spray bottle for lube. Once done with that (30 minutes), I proceeded to quickly wash the surface with a fresh batch of NXT Wash to remove any streaking or clay bar residue. I then dried with a Waffle Weave Microfiber from here.

Next, I pulled out the Makita 9227C Rotary Polisher with Lake Country Polishing Pad and Meguiar's #82 Swirl Free Polish. Immediately the paint was brightened up and the swirls vanished. There was some light scratches from winter (last time polished was in December) and pretty much all of them came right out.

When done with polishing, I moved on to the Wolfgang Pre-Wax Polish Enhancer. I used a Microfiber applicator to apply and a microfiber cloth to remove purchased from here. At first, it was a little bit of a paint to apply, but after the applicator moistened up, it went on just fine. It said to do one panel and wipe off, but of course I had to try another way. I did one panel on and off, and it was a little tough to get off, then I did the whole car on and the whole car off and it was still a little tough to get off. I used about 1 ounce of product to do my whole car and remeber, everything is painted and I have a full body kit and spoiler (more surface area to do). On each panel I spritz a spray or two of Meguiar's Quik Detailer, which has no waxes or silicones, to aid in the removal of the Pre-Wax Polish Enhancer with my microfiber towel. With that little addition, removal was a breeze. I stood back and was pretty amazed of how nice it already looked.

Next was the Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. I used a brand new microfiber applicator for this procedure. Now, it also said to do one panel on, then wipe right off. I ended up doing the car in fours (1-fenders,hood,front clip 2-driver side 3-passenger side, 4-Entire backend and roof). In each of the 4 sections, I applied, then removed. This stuff spreads like butter on a hot pan. Virtually effortless! I had to look at different angles because I didn't think it was going on, but the haze proved me wrong :). To remove, I used a microfiber towel. It was pretty easy to buff off if you stayed thin on the coats. In the thicker spots I did, it took a little more pressure, but nothing crazy. Now, I took the back of my hand and rubbed it down the finish and I have to say that this is BY FAR the slickest surface I have EVER felt. Virtually frictionless...once again, think of the butter going onto the hot pan. I stood back and was astonished. My paint was absolutely 'glowing' and DEEP. The red was redder and the reflections from the sun allowed for a certain 'glow' to come over the surface. Now you may say "Klasse does that too", but in comparison Klasse is more plasticy as if I wrapped my car in Saran Wrap and this was more on the lines of an extremely glossy and deep route.

Overall, I am putting this product in a league of it's own. I have not used the UPP combo yet, but plan to very soon. I also have not used Menzerna's New FMJ sealant or Poorboy's EX-P sealant, but as of now, this is my sealant of choice by far over Klasse.

The only thing I have to worry about now is how long it will last. Now, obviously this isn't a matter for personal use as I layer sealants and wax frequently on my Teg, but rather for customers. I read about a 2 month review over at Autopia and the reviewer mentioned the paint still beaded nicely and had a decently slick feeling to it.

All in All, for the $33 compared to the Klasse combo for $38 before the TI discount at Premium Auto Care, I would go for the Wolfgang hands down. I have not layered it, but I will be sure to post my results. This is a sealant that I honestly feel that would still look amazing without a carnauba topper (although I will be trying that too).

Any comments or questions, post here and Anthony or myself will be glad to answer them. Enjoy the pics!

The thing that I noticed most about Wolfgang is how slick the surface was after I was done. I don't recall that degree of slickness with Klasse or any other product I have used to date. The look was very similar to the one I get with P21S on my Jet Black M3, and to me that is about as good as it gets.

I think UPP is close in look and the same in feel, but WG seems to set up faster and is easier to wipe off.

The car looks great, thanks for posting the results!!! I should have a similar posting sometime next week. I plan on using the Menzerna twins, WG, and Souveran on my red Olds 442. I will post a review, and a few pictures.

Thanks again for posting this!

Car looks outstanding dude! Can't wait to detail my red car with the Wolfgang twins. It sounds like the PreWax would be easier to apply with a damp applicator maybe? :nixweiss When you say it was tough to remove, do you mean that it was physically hard to remove or you could take most of it off but it left a haze or something? Atleast I know now about that QD trick to remove it if it is difficult. Also, how long did you work the PreWax before moving on?

Scott: No PC for me :( When I order the WG for good, I will probably experiment with the precleaner on the rotary with a polishing or finishing pad at low speeds. It turned out to be a success with the NXT.

RedStang: The key to the prewax cleaner is making the pad moist with it first. Instead of a dot in the middle, I just spread it around very lightly to coat the pad, then you're set from there on in. When I said tough to remove, I meant that you just had to put a little more umph into it, but nothing crazy.
