I just purchased the sample size. Is this a WOWO wax or apply and wait for haze?

From the directions on my container:

"apply a thin coat of Wolfgang Fuzion with a clean foam or microfiber applicator to one panel at a time. The wax does not need to dry. Wipe off wax with a soft clean microfiber towel"

Here's Fuzion X 2

Has anyone that has used Zaino tried this? Also MDRX8, I havent seen many people that use 3.0 and fuzion. Is this common. What are the advantages of using both?

No I just wanted to use the 3.0 because the way the sellers discribe it. The 3.0 is a sealant which will give a good hard layer for the Fuzion.

Fuzion is probably the best wax I have used under $100. I last a long time. You can place down very thin coats and it looks great.

Since this seems like wipe on and wipe off before hazing type of product, how long must the wait be before trying to layer more fuzion on?

I'm assuming to put fuzion on top of dgps 3.0 you must wait at least 12 hours for the dgps to fully cure?

Wipe on and haze? You don't have to let it haze. Apply to a section and immediately remove.

Personally, I feel it is best to wait a full 24 hours and a wash before applying more carnauba. That way you avoid the hazing that sometimes happens when you apply several layers of carnauba over each other in one detailing session.

I agree with Scott I always wait 24 hours for each coat. Watch it if you use the sealant because dew or rain will really shorten the durability, its on the instructions for the 3.0 sealant.

The instructions on the 3.0 sealant bottle is pretty much worthless. The bottle doesn't say anything about hazing time, nor curing time, nor keeping it from moisture. The website tells you important information that is not listed on the bottle.

The Fuzion instructions are better, but still don't go over possible cure times, whether it needs to stay away from water, etc...

So with fuzion being a wipe on wipe off immediately type of product, does that mean it has no solvents, and anything it touches will be waxed and bonded to immediately? And with that being the case, wouldn't you be able to layer fuzion immediately as well? Or does Fuzion still need to cure or it'll just be taken off when more fuzion touches it?

Edit: Note to self, don't trust your memory, doh! Fuzion instructions ARE on the can, under the lid in the full size and on the bottom of the can in the mini!

Fuzion needs to cure. If you put on a second coat after the first the wax won't bond because it has not had time to cure and harden. Fuzion is a very good wax.

Not in the mini, cause it's on the bottom of the can, doh!

Edit: had to modify post after looking at my can again.

What's the deal with this wax being priced at $100 for two full size tubs and now its at $175 for one plus a refill when its empty? Don't prices usually go down as products get older, not up?

I just wanted to say that IMHO Fuzion is the best wax that has come out in the last 3 years. Yes it is pricy but it is worth it if you can wait for the specials.

I'd like to try it too but $175 is a bit pricey, they should just sell the wax without the box and dvd and whatever junk it comes with that raises the price.

check out atuogeeks sample tub of fuzion I just got mine today and it came with the DVD (not much info most don't know). I just applied it to my DD, so far so good. Looks great, easy to use, very little product needed and has a great deep look too. I give it a :spot so far but want to play around more before I come to a final conclusion.

If you want to try Fuzion, get the mini sampler size for $40.

$40 for 3 ounces is pricey too, especially when they were at $50 for 8 ounces, I'm saying they should sell the regular size version without the extra stuff that comes with it to lower the price... and cut the price in half and not offer the free refill.

If they do what you want them to do, then it won't be so special anymore. Folks will consider it just another wax. Not exactly what they're going for in exclusivity department.
