I am going to give wolfgang a try on my 2 cars and the directions say to apply in circular motions, but aren't straight lines better to avoid swirling? What method has worked best for you wolfgang users?

I have used both methods and gotten the same results.

Using a foam pad applicator shouldn't really introduce scratches unless you have dirt stuck on the pad. Either motion should be alright.



Just remember to put it on as thinly as possible.

I've also used both up/down and circular by hand and found no differences. Remember also that the rotary and the PC both spin in circles.



So either method will work.



If in doubt, ALWAYS read the label on the product.

If you have a PC and finishing pad, apply with that. It make getting a thin coat very easy.
