Wolfgang Über Compound is designed to work on all paint systems, from the diamond hard finishes of Audi & Mercedes Benz to the ultra-soft finishes of Honda & Lexus.

Wolfgang Über Compound is designed to work with all machine types including random orbital dual-action, forced rotation dual action, and rotary polishers.

Wolfgang Über Compound uses a carefully blended mix of non-diminishing micro abrasives and ultra-refined diminishing abrasives as well as chemical cleaners. The results is a compound that will finish like a polish on all paint systems.

Wolfgang Über Compound, like other Wolfgang Concours Series Car Care Products, is co-developed in Germany and the USA. It is a hybrid of Wolfgang's abrasive technology and Menzerna of Germany's special milling process.

Wolfgang Über Compound can be used as an aggressive compound, an aggressive polish, and fine-swirl mark removing polishing depending on pad selection & application method.

Directions:

  1. Clean and dry the vehicle. Apply Wolfgang Über Compound out of direct sunlight.
  2. Depending on the condition of the paint, choose a polishing, light cutting pad or cutting pad. Apply a bead of Wolfgang Über Compound to the vehicle or to the pad. With the polisher turned off, spread the polish over about a 2 x 2 sq. ft. area.
  3. Polish at 1200-1800 RPM (5 or 6 on a dual action polisher) working slowly across and then up and down the area. Check your work after several passes to see if the defect has been removed. If so, reduce the pressure and continue buffing until a high gloss is achieved.
  4. Wipe the polished area with a microfiber cloth. Repeat steps 1-4 where defect removal is desired.
  5. Follow with Wolfgang Finishing Glaze 3.0 to completely restore the gloss.
  6. Always apply a wax or sealant after compounding or polishing. Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0 seals in the shine with its long-lasting polymer formula. Wolfgang Füzion Wax is a blend of carnauba wax and polymers that offers long-term protection with a traditional paste wax feel.

Ideally you would use Wolfgang Finishing Glaze after compounding OR your favorite finishing polish. You can go straight to any Wolfgang protectant after any Wolfgang polish.
 
I asked this on AG as well.
have you tried this on sticky soft paint like Subaru.
I have a 2012 WRX and wife has a 12 Impreza 2.0 and they are nightmares to work on. no matter what i use removal is a losing battle. its like trying to remove dried concrete and when i do get it off it leaves a stain and only way I can get that off is with the DP paint coating polish. IPA wipe down does nothing to help on removal or the stain. I have tried M101, Sonax perfect finish, FG400, Carpro Fixer, CG v36 CGv38, HD Polish. I have tried short buff cycle, LONG buff cycle. little more product or very little product. I have yet to find anything that will not be a total nightmare to remove off this paint. I wanna find something but at this point I am skeptical on anything out there to even buy anymore cause they all seem to be the same on this paint.

Vader--Here's a quote from a top notch detailer on another forum regarding Subaru sticky paint---perhaps it might help you:

"Yesterday, I ended up buffing a metallic black WRX with ONR W&W in a spray bottle and an Optimum MF polishing pad and my Rupes. Nothing else worked. Everything was sticking like glue. OHP, G-P-S, HD Polish, HD Speed and Ultrafina. And I was actually able to get the buffer trails out of the paint and noticeably knock down the spider swirls.

And even removing the hazed on polishes wasn't easy, was taking several passes with the pad and ONR. Even Optimum Power Clean wasn't removing the hazed up polishes without adding in a pad and the Rupes."
 
wait so he buffed the car with noting but ONR and a MF pad?
Never heard of that before. I see you are in my neck of the woods..where are you from

I have polished plenty of Subaru's and never had a problem like some have described before. Yes, I have used a pre-production "sample C" version on a friends WRX and it performed flawlessly, but I am not sure how much of a benefit this will be to you, given your paint seems exceedingly difficult.
 
I ordered a 2oz size of it to see what happens. i dont have high hopes that it will make things easy with this paint. This was my first and will be last subaru i ever own. I dont like the car and I HATE the paint
