Well I won't be picky about it. I'm sure everyone wants to have it on a weekend, so that narrows it down to 5 possible weekends:



April 2-3

" 9-10

" 16-17

" 23-24

" 30





My summer job starts on May 1st (Sunday), so that date isn't good for me. Whichever weekend you guys decide on...I will do my best to make it there.



Does anyone have any preferences for a date?
 
I'd love to attend if the date works out. It would be nice if some one had a indoor shop we could use. April is a ways off.
 
IMO I think April would be the time to have it, not to many bad days to contend with. Roads should be looking better. Maybe we can get a list off of this link and PM or e-mail people. I have some e-mail address, because people sent me an e-mail in the past. I can then mass mail everyone.





Lets just say APRIL 9, its a Saturday. How will that work for everyone? If we try and make it work for everyone we will never get a date because someone won't be able to make it.



I believe we have a shop to be in and a kind host. A small fee may be required to cover some expenses. Small fee might be like 10 dollars.
 
A shop would be ideal! April sounds good, although if you a shop is available, it opens up other months/dates as well.
 
April 9th should work for me. I'll do my best to keep that weekend open. And I only have classes for 2hrs on Fridays so I'll have plenty of time to detail the car then. :D
 
My understanding is the shop is heated, and has water. The shop is at a private residence and I want to make sure the owner get his cost cover, and alittle extra just for having us. I personally am still thinking April because of the distance that some people might have to travel.



I will be contacting Eric from LC pads to see if he can attend, and any other suggestions would be appreciated.

April is a good month, I do work some Saturdays , but at this time I dont know which Saturdays I will have to work. April is not a heavy month , depending on how much work there is I may be able to take the day off.
 
I will be talking with the person probably Friday Night if he is availbable. I will see if we can work out the details, and then I will let everyone know what I find out.
 
The day is set for April 9th. This is going to be held at a private residence. Him and I talked about it and we both agree that about 20 should come. We are trying to work out an agenda, and are still trying to get some reps to come.

No. I don't think there is enough room for all of them though. We'll have to keep this as an Autopia / DC only meet I think.
 
Not necessarily, I have only two people who have e-mailed me back as of today. First 20 will be the ones to get an invitation.
