She'll Buff Out
Iv only owned this truck for about 4 months. Done a few upgrades to it so far, deff more to come. Whoever owned it before me never took care of the exterior (front bumper is getting repainted do to bug juice eating the cc). It took alot to get it how i wanted it (lots of spider webs in the paint), came out pretty good tho. Today i finally had enough time to go through the whole truck and get a few coats on for winter. Let me know whatcha think.

Process-
Washed- Meguiars GC
Clayed- Zaino
Rotary- Presta cutting creme light w/ cutting pad 1800rpms
Rotary- P&S Full Throttle polish/swirl remover w/ finishing pad 1400 rpms
Rotary- P&S Ultracoat polish w/ finesse pad 1000rpms
PC- P&S Ultracoat Wax x2
Windows- Stoner IG
Tires/Fender Wells- P&S Wipe N' Shine

Cleaned interior with P&S butylfree and x-press interior cleaner then just dressed the dash with Meguiars Natural Shine
 
The truck looks great, but isn't winter almost over? It's ok...sometimes I need an excuse to complete a full detail on the car. ;) :lol:

:thanks . The body kit is all stock, its part of the Stampede package. Its like the Chevy xtreme package. Dodge did a prety good job designing it, blends really well with the truck.

Ya the lenses are deff illegal. Iv been pulled over a few times for them out of town. Where i live, i know all the local cops so they dont bug me and i take off the headlight ones at night, i cant see anything with them on. They just look so good tho lol.
 
Sweet Dakota, Trevor :rockon Ultracoat Wax gives off a hell of a glow on white with 2+ coats.

Ha seeing the train depot brings back memories. My guess is they still don't use it to this day ;)

Ya the good ol' TS.The only thing the TS is used for is taking pics of your cars and the skateboarders like to use it as a mini skatepark.lol. Pretty expensive skatepark if you ask me lol.

The dressing hold ups very well and doesnt atrract dust, theres absolutely no sling off. Its been raining here for the last few days and the tires still look glossy. Wipe N' Shine is deff my favorite tire dressing.

Thanks, hmmmmm i would say for the exterior ultracoat wax, ultracoat polish, full throttle polish, no rub polish and wipe n' shine. P&S also makes some awesome interior cleaner, check out the X-press interior cleaner(great on any plastic, vinyl, leather) and the butylfree apc(great for carpets and uhpolstrey). Theyre the only things i use for interior. If you want a good interior dressing look at Shape Up. Theres lots of others but those are what i use the most. Hopes this helps a lil :D

X2 for the Wipe N Shine. It';'s one product I'm willing to admit I "pimp" around the web a lot. It's my tire dressing of choice as well. Put a coat on my BFG Muds last week and it's finally starting to fade away with the rain. In good weather it lasts a good 2 weeks on most tires.

Any comparison to what the polishes or Dressing can do? I know P&S make great products, just gotta have a good idea for what they are similar to.

I'll chime in my thoughts on their products as well :)

Wipe N Shine doesn't compare, it stands above and beyond any of it's competitors :dnaughty

Ultracoat Polish is probably along the lines with PB's Pro Polish or PwC. I've been told by Beemerboy that Ultracoat Polish contains a small percentage of carnauba, I can't remember off hand if it truly does or not. Works great for finishing off dark colored vehicles and works great by hand (on a maintained finish) if you want to do a quicky polish before applying a new LSP. Ultracoat Wax is a sealant and IMO gives off a shine comparable to a carnauba on darker vehicles, and it really gives lighter colors (especially metallic colors) a lot of "pop", can be layered like mad as well. I've found with Ultracoat that if you want it to last you HAVE to keep up on the maintenance of the finish, if you can you should expect in excess of 6 months protection from it. Does it truly last 6 months? Beats me, but I've had finishes sheet like mad with a 6 month old coat. Full Throttle is a cleaner/polish, one of the best products I've used for gel-coats. I'm not a big fan of cleaner-polishes but FT is my product of choice if I use 'em.
Hands down their "Leather Treatment" is the BEST leather product I've used, ever. Maybe there's another product that performs the same but I'm too satisfied with the results from their product to try anything else. I did run out a while back and gave Lexol's conditioner a try, it doesn't even compare. P&S's even has a leathery smell to it, something I haven't found with others. I'll have to snap some before/after pics of some seats next time I work on a leather-equipped car.
No-Rub polish is like Trim Shine, in fact my local supplier told me No-Rub is simply Stoners TS in a smaller bottle. They carry another product similar to both TS and NR badged under my suppliers own product line's name, "Solutions Plus", product is called "Spray Release and Conditioning Agent", Less mess left behind than the others and leaves a nice, even coat. They also have their own glass cleaner that recently took place of Stoners IG in my arsenal. Looks similar to the Sprayaway glass cleaner but is far superior
