Well I havn't washed my car in 2 1/2 weeks, its just been rainy and cold. I just ordered some products and I wont be able to use them for a while. Hopefully on a warm day we can give ema go!

It gets so depressing reading you guys posts and ideas and not being able to do any car care.

I love this hobby, but live in the wrong place!!:sosad

I'm at 12 days without a wash :( ....and it is tough to read everyone's posts. I'm in NY, so I just my fellow Autopians on the North East are sealed up for the winter.

I'm 7 days without a wash, but my car is amazingly clean considering that fact.

It's supposed to snow over the weekend though, so say goodbye to clean cars.

yup.. its supposed to snow here in long island on monday i think.. thats gonna suck.. hope people dont drive like a**holes (pretty common) when theres snow on the road:angry

I'm gone 9 days with a wash but have used PB's Spray and Wipe just about every other day so it doesn't look bad. I'm hoping that the temps warm up a bit more so I can QD today. Should reach 46 by noon but it's very, very windy. Windy is very depressing :(

Michigan is probably the worst...We've got a mild 21 degrees today and there is about 3" of snow on the ground....Road salt aplenty!!! Man, I can't wait for spring!!!

Down here in SE Michigan we have had more than a few days of snow already. Only saw the salt trucks out once so far. But teens and snow are predicted the next few days. May daily driver has been over 2 weeks without a wash, its no fun.

:D ;) When it is wet and cold here, I go to a coin op, pressure wash and do what I can there. I cant let rain stop me ! I am on fire to put just another touch to my car ( I didnt say finishing you will note) Everytime I think I am at the point of diminishing returns, and cannot improve the detail, somebody posts an idea and even worse, a pic of something too awesome not to attempt to emulate...Soooo whenever I can, its off to the coin op ! I found a cordless buffer from coleman for under $50.00 and so I can even do a little waxing ... where there is an obsession, there always is a way !:xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs

I am waiting for spring though so I can start all over again, and incorporate what I have learned into my next detail... Whats this heresy about polish lasting months?? Who waits that long... a couple weeks is all I can stand before I have to try something new (to me)... and thats a long time !
