Winners Circle Detailing MicroFiber Towels

Anyone else use these things? I just got an order of blue waffleweaves and the sort of ugly green regular towels. They were so cheap I figured why not?

At first impression, they are a lot nicer than I figured they'd be. The waffle weaves are pretty thick, not quite as thick as my Meg's ones, but thicker than my Autopia/Cobra ones. They are nice. I can't wait to try 'em out. I was getting them to give to family members, but now I think I may give them my grey autopia and cobra WW's... ;)

The ugly green ones are also quite nice. They remind me of my AutoFiber towels, though a tiny bit less plush. The green is a pretty hideous green, though. But they seem like a great towel, especially as they were like $1.50 each!

I haven't actually tried them yet, but so far I'm pretty happy! Any other happy owners of them out there?

I have nine of the plush green and one waffle weave. I like the plush green towels better than my equivalent Cobra and 4* towels, and they (Cobra & 4*) cost between 3 and 6 times as much!

Great towels IMO.

I have both the Winner's Circle green towels and the Cobra plush blue towels. The quality of both is good, but I prefer the Winner's Circle towels. As you can see the Cobra towel has some loose threads, which is typical for them. The Winner's Circle towels have better edge stitching and no places where they have loose threads.

I just washed them all along with my Cobra waffle weave and my Cobra MF's and Miracle Towel. The green Cobra MF's are slightly thicker, though the naps on them and the WC towels seem similar. The Miracle Towel has much plusher nap on the one side, but you'd sort of hope it would. The WC waffle weave seems more similar in thickness to the Cobra Glass Cleaning Waffle Weave now that both have been washed, but it's much larger and they seem virtually identical in material except for the coloring.

While I haven't used them yet and could of course change my opinion after I do, I've retired my Pakshaks from daily-driver towel duty and the Cobras and WC's are the new go-tos. My Pakshaks have served well, being my first MF's ever. They were a great value and are still in nice shape in spite of being easily 4 years old. The WC's hold similar promise. They don't seem only like a great towel for the price, but also a competitive towel in general.

On my car, the AutoFibers are still my fave go-to towel, and the DF Towel/CBT's are the go-to for QD work (what a towel!), with the edgeless Meg's ultimate wipes in clean-up for buffing off after polishing sessions. :)

I just used the waffle weave towel today. It's a nice towel, as nice as the other waffle weaves I have. It worked better than my autopia ones because it's plusher and much bigger. I didn't even have to wring it out when drying the Regal. It's a quality towel at a bargan price. I should have bought 4 of them. :)

Thanks for mentioning the towels and how they work for you. I am enjoying positive comments on similar boards. You are always welcomed to order more..:)

So how do you think the Winner's Circles WW towels compare to Pakshak's WW towels?

I don't have any Pakshaks, so I can't say. I have some autopia ones, one Cobra ww, and some Meguiar's ones. The WCD one is like the Cobra, maybe slightly plusher, and it's not as plush as the Meg's one. It's bigger than all of them. The autopias are the least plush, though they are also a bit old.

You can't have enough micro fiber towels or waffle weave micro fiber towels. :) Seriously, you should try a few from various reputable vendors and make a personal decision on which one you prefer.

I just tried out some of these towels also....I was really impressed with the bang for the buck. I haven't used them, but just from the feel of the detailing towels, and the size of the WW, these could be the best deals out there for the price.

The towels at Winners Circle are really high quality towels. The waffle weaves are the best deal out there and compare to towels more than twice their price. Robert also told me that their next order will be for 40 x 20 instead of 36 x 16 they currently sell. My towels are strictly Winners Circle WW for drying and Pakshak Ultrafines for buffing.

I've been using Rob's 16x16 plush MF's for a few months now and have to say that they are easily one of the best bangs for the buck going in the detailing product world right now. They are super soft and plush with a good nap to them. I use them everyday for product removal and glass cleaning.

Not to mention WCD is a class act to deal with from a customer service standpoint. :up

I can not agree more on the customer service standpoint. About one month ago their checkout was not working properly so I emailed customer service. WIthin 5 minutes Rob called my house to apologize for the inconvience and take my order; truly a class act to deal with.

Good advice...and exactly what I've been doing which explains why I have about 150 microfiber towels now! You, Excel Detail, Winner's Choice and Viking all have great towels.

The WWs I recently received from Winner's Circle seem to have left towel marks all over my car. I'm going to try to test a little more to find out for sure.
