I was wondering what you guys would suggest for a new red bmw. Would you recommend zaino, blackfire, klasse. Or would you recommend something like one grand.

Is it true that zaino shows more imperfections in the paint?

Zaino on red is really stunning, really brings out a bright clear show car-like shine. I've noticed the opposite about showing imperfections with Zaino. After many coats of Z5 and Z2, my car looks better than most showroom new cars. And that isn't bad, considering its age....:D

You really can't go wrong with Zaino or Klasse for red, but my nod goes to Zaino for ease of use over Klasse.

I don't have any experience with Zaino yet but I do have a fair amount with Klasse and I've been experimenting with Blackfire recently. I have a white car and Klasse with a carnuba topper on it looked really great. The same car with Blackfire on it alone looked as good as the Klasse with carnuba. I put a layer of carnuba on the 5 layers of Blackfire and I nearly craped my pants. That looks soooooo amazing. On white the reflection is unbelievable!! I'm sure it would be that much more amazing on red. The only red car I have tried that on is my red Dodge Viper model. ;) It looks really good on that too.

Go with the Blackfire if it comes down to deciding between that and Klasse. All by itself it is amazing and if you put a good carnuba on top it is simply outstanding!!!

B,K, and Z will all protect well. Just have to try them all to make up YOUR mind. Soon I hope to try some Zaino

I started using BF on a red Volvo about 2 months ago. Looks absolutely GREAT on red. Very close (if not better) than what I was getting from an expensive paste carnuba (Zymol carbon). Nice depth and a good "warm" look. Jury is still out on durability, but my results thus far are excellent. :xyxthumbs

I have used both Pinnacle and Klasse on this BMW and liked them very much but have settled on Zaino! It, and the car, are keepers.

I've tried all three products (on black) and they will all work great on your bimmer. However, Zaino (w/ZFX) and BF bring a whole new meaning to the word shine. If I had to make a decision between Zaino and BF, I would give the nod to Zaino because of the way the shine improves over time and the way it stays so slick.

Brad, very nice!!!

Brad, that's a heck of a beater! :D

Do you have anything on the tires in that pic? They look so low-gloss it appears almost natural.

Hey, Uh, I had the flu, and a broken arm and there was a water shortage and my Mother In Law was coming over and the garage was on fire. I was busy. Yea, that's why I didn't get to it. Gimme a break!

Opti-Seal does a great job, and is easy to use. I have also used BFWD on my windshield with excellent results. It just takes a little more effort then the Opti-Seal.

I have also used a similar product to Opti-Seal on my windows with great success. These hard-coating products seem to have an incredible hydrophobic effect and last incredibly long. My gf is always amazed how I don't even turn on my wipers when its sprinkling out

I use G1 on my windshield. It works wonderfully.

Here is a video of it at about 35mph on a rainy day. (I hope this works I have never uploaded a video yet.)

G1

Here is the link. I cant upload the video. If someone knows how and wants to tell me that would be great
