Nov 20, 2001 #2 I imported_Dude New member Actually, I'm thinking of buying a bug defelector for my Jeep. Its windshield has a horrendous stone chip problem (interestingly, the front bumper and grille are completely free of chips). Does anyone know how much this will affect my gas milage?

Nov 21, 2001 #3 L Lemonxxs New member I have one and they do not affect mileage that much. You will notice it. They do not protect the top of the windshield that much either. I use mine to protect the front edge of the hood. I still get bugs all over the windshield. good luck.
