Will UPGP bond properly over 3M IHG?

The impression the manufacturer gives is that it will bond over anything.



I don't buy that, but I have no prob with it bonding over Meg's polishes or nubas.

If it will bond over a carnauba wax then it should be fine over a glaze. I'd clean the paint first though. It makes application easier with less streaking.

Thanks. I am doing a pull polish with Menzerna products and plan to follow that up with the IHG then the PGP.
