Will RMG (Red Machine Glaze) Remove LSP?

I just got Souveran but like I posted in the other thread I didn't realize it was for black and red cars :(

Maybe I'll do a side-by-side test

Yea, that would be your best bet then you can see what you like most. My truck right now is the ulitmate test machine. I have like 7 different products on different panels. Thanks again to josh for letting me try all this stuff out!

It looks its best on dark colors but it most certainly can be used on light colors and look great!!! I Don't beleive it was for......It is for any car.

Point 2 ----- ClearKote doesn't know what it's own products will do????? You talked to the wrong person. And they want you to do a test. Stunning.............

Yeah according to Pinnacle's literature the Souveran is formulated for red and black cars and their "Signature Series" is for all other colors.

And the guy from Clearkote just said he had never used Zaino so wasn't certain if it removed it or not.

If it removes sealants then it will remove Zaino and other waxes. Geez the guys should know there own products properties.

Most companies do not like speaking about what their products will do to other products.

Everett's a great guy and very helpful. He was just being honest (which is rare) and didn't wish to guess at an answer.

And no, all sealants are NOT the same. Some are tougher and more durable than others. Since RMG isn't an abrasive product and he hasn't tried it on Zaino, you should respect his honesty.

Just to be sure, use the p21s paintwork cleanser before RMG. For light light polishing and very light swirl removal with no fear of reducint the clear, p21s paintwork cleanser followed by RMG and then a good wax is my favorite.

The paintwork cleanser is great stuff... use it with a white pad, no need to let it break down like a regular polish either.

Ron,

That is what I have on my car right now...I love the Paintwork Cleanser...It works great, I applied it by hand. Topped with RMG, then topped with JW CJ, and I am blown away.

In general all sealants are basically the same. Polymers, Acrylics, etc. go toward making sealants. Yes you are right, some use different formulas.

What? So other companies should buy every other product on the market and use them with their product line to see what works and what doesn't? Shirley you can't be serious.

Its also about liability of their words...They dont want to tell you it will do this or wont do that, and then have customers dissappointed. Just like Zaino and JW and all the others, they want you to use "their complete line".

Ok do you apply the Glaze then the LSP--sealant or the other way around? So it it:

Glaze--sealant

Sealent--glaze
