Will BFWD darken paint?

So the durability is about the same as WGDGPS. I guess I would have to try it to test the looks of the two.

I'm a big fan of WGDGPS also, but after trying BFWD, I can't see enough of a difference between them to justify the price difference. As soon as my WG is done, I probably won't get anymore.

So you're saying they are pretty much the same and I shouldn't spend the money on the BF until my WGDGPS is gone?

the first time i used it on my 2000 ford f150 dark teal, it definitely darkened the appearance some, but the finish was so impressive i didn't even care. friends noticed that it looked darker, but said it looked even better. i recently used it on a friends 2004 silver infiniti with no change in color at all.

BFWD is neutral/semi-bright. It seems to hide scratches and swirls not from darkness, but from a slight filling ability in the formula. What I like about BFWD is that it's neutral but still offers nice depth, which gives metallic paints a really nice look. Good depth while still bringing out the metallic flake.

WG DGPS is definitely dark and deep, excellent for solid cars and darker colored vehicles. I am not impressed by DGPS's durability so I always add Polycharger to it and it works out great. But I also add Polycharger to BFWD anyways.

I know its only been a couple of days and the car hasn't moved but I will say that the BFWD is noticable slicker then the coat of Fuzion I put on last week. It seems to be about as slick as the coat of WGDGPS that I put on my wifes car last week.

All in all I think it took less product and is easier to remove then WGDGPS. I'll give it two thumbs up

And to stay on topic. it didn't seem to darken the paint any.
