Driving around town today I saw a guy wearing shorts and a winter jacket. It was about 10 degrees with 10 mph winds. Guess shorts rule applies to WI too

after christmas I saw a man dressed in full snowmobile suit riding a large cruiser type motorcycle down the main drag at about 10 mph. There was snow on the shoulder and middle of road. I Figured the MC had to be moved to new location ,no sane person rides an MC in snow.
