I agree wholeheartedly. Especially if it's something sent regular post because then they might just leave it at the doorstep if you're not home! :eek: Otherwise if you're not home they'll just leave and you'll either have to go to them and pick it up, or wait for them next day.



And Gatorfan, that really does suck. :(
 
How often have you paid cash at the Chinese buffet and the cashier didn't ring up the sale on the cash register?



I have worked in several Chinese restaurants. The places I work at don't do it, however, I have eaten at other restaurants, they just open the cash register and give you the change without ringing it up.



Credit cards are convenient but I have regretted giving leatherique.com my credit number. They charged me twice for an order. No credit even though they said they would give me credit. Rat bastards.

call the credit card company and tell them the story and they will then give you the $$ and contact the other party about their business practices. I too have had similar issues with vendors and the credit card company always helps me out.
 
2002camry, yup, I sent a letter disputing the charges 2 days ago. I thought they would have credited me by now, but the other day I received my statement for May and no credit whatsoever. :)
