why can't I enter Autopia chat room?

i've been trying to enter chat room here i Autopia but not able to. why?

is there a chat room just for Detailing? or just about cars?
 
Everyone took a vote and decided that until you ditch that avatar you aren't allowed in the chat area.













Naw, just kidding (but that is an ugly avatar), I don't think the chat is working with the new upgrade yet.
