Why are there so few pics of cars with Souveran?

jngrbrdman,

That really is an awesome shine :bow . Like I said earlier, I'm convinced. Now I just can't wait to get some Souveran delivered and the time to do a full dawn wash and Souveran wax.

Question for all you Souveranites......can Megs #7 still be used prior to a Souveran wax? Would it help or detract from the incredible Souveran gloss?

NattyBumpoo-I usually polish with either Meguiars Swirl Free Polish (on cars with normal wear and tear on their paint) and Meguiars Hand Polish (on well maintained paint) prior to using Souveran and the results are quite impressive-even spectacular!

BTW, Swirl Free and Hand Polish are Meguiars Body Shop Pro equivalents to #9 and #7 respectively.

Thanks guys. :) You know, if it weren't for Autopia I would still be using Armor All on everything and doing a six hour wax job every three months and still not having it look right. I'd still think that a full detail only took an hour to do and it was only worth $45 bucks. I don't know about the Ross family but I'm naming my first born 'Autopia'. :D

Jngrbrdman & webviper outstanding work:bow You guys are killing me here I just ordered the Platinum Kit now you got me thinking about Souveran. Oh well, its only money. webviper where did you get those grill covers? very cool looking.

Michael H, is that a black or purple car? LOL I can't even tell the color with that excellent reflection.

SYKER, you know www.clubgp.com, right? Come on over. I originally made my own grills. It costed me less than $10. However, the grills had to be power coated, too much of a pain for me (I have a thread which gives all the directions for making the grills). I bought the Street Scenes Grills. Haha, it emptied my wallet. 2 top and 2 bottom grills ran me $130.

I am experienced detailer but not fulltime. Also sell car care products in Australia. And yes you are right that is an MY02 Australian spec STi.
