Who to talk to

Hey Guys,

Excited to receive more order yesterday!



Just that I`m missing an item. I checked the paperwork and it says the item is "OK" (shipped with that order)

Who could i speak to about this? Would it be someone on here or do i just call tomorrow?

Autopia Car Care has always been fine about any "oops!". For that matter, as best I can remember *every* vendor I`ve dealt with for the last few decades has been OK.
 
Oh yea, i deff understand. not mad or anything. just was seeing which is the best way for contact, on here or phone. everyone makes mistakes, no problem.
 
Happened to me a few orders ago. Ordered two Wheel Woolies boars hair brushes, AG missed one brush, said it was shipped on the slip. Called and they sent out the brush no problems.
 
Happened to me last Monday with AG. They sent out my polish and I recieved it Saturday. No questions asked, no problems. Just needed invoice number from order.
