Who the **** invented the plastic that.........

There is actually a tool for cutting blister packs-can't think of the name of it right now. I met the inventor at a trade show in Chicago over the summer. He invented it because he kept cutting himself. If I remember correctly, it has a little point to start a hole, and then a 'v' blade that just barely penetrates through the plastic so you don't damage the contents. And a big guard on the handle to protect your hands. It worked very well. He won a big design award a few years ago for it. If I can find his flyer at the office, I'll post his website.

The samples he had at the show had Costco imprinted on them. Costco should give them out free with every membership-you can't buy a thing there that's not in a blister pack.

Im suprised you dont hear of any lawsuits from people cutting themselves when opening up those packages

I cut my hand on one of the vacuum formed packages, it was tough plastic 'cos it sliced through my hand lol!

I'm gonna call Tom and tell him I want a commission on each one ordered from my link. :)

Or...if we could get David to do them with the Autopia logo on them...I'd give him a nice discount. :)

Opening a CD cellophane is as easy as pie. Before you leave the store where you purchased it take it and briskly and firmly rub the box edge at an angle against a square counter top edge. It will peel back the cellophane so easily you won't believe that you fought with them so many years.
