I'm approaching a 72 and still do at a couple cars a month. I'm retired (and tired) and have chosen to quit doing detailing about 3 years ago and yet I still get all giddy when I detail a car. I've been detailing professionally since I was 17, that's 55 years for the math challenged. Now it's basically only family and close friends but arthritis is taking its toll. Lower back, neck and hands are a real problem, but how can I stop doing what I have a passion for? It's true, detailing is a disease with no known cure other than death. When I go, I'll be detailing those golden chariots up there or maybe something at the alternative location, LOL.
