eShine.ca is for me the best, excellent customer service, great product and choice and it take only 2 days to received my order

Autopia car care

i like Exceldetail to but is always back order ;)

i hate Autogeek because of her shipping cost (it cost me 100$ of shipping for a 100$ order)

My 45 lb, $250 order was $19.99 shipping from Autogeek.

My 5lb $90 order was 18.00 shipping from AG and I'm only 120 miles from them! Fast shipping and great cust. service tho. I think I'm going to try some new ones - SMP, Excel etc

Autogeek is very good. I've had good luck with Sparkle Auto (via Amazon), Proper Auto Care and Griot's. A lot of people like Autopia Care Care (I'll be ordering some Sonus products from them soon).

To the OP - maybe you could take the top 5 responses from this thread and turn it into a poll. It would be interesting to see (and nice 'n easy to read).

I've only made a few purchases so far, from Autopia and AutoGeek, so I can't say I have a favorite yet.

Good idea about the poll.

And I've just began to order from Autopia. So I'm just starting out.

I've purchased from Pakshak, CMA, Autogeek, Danase, Exceldetail & FK1.

I would say that Pakshak and Patrick at Excel are my favorite for their super customer service combined with the fact that they carry the products that I want and am get them to me in a short amount of time. I live in Hawaii so I am able to meet up with Ranney and Patrick's packages usually arrive within a few days.

Even though I have made a few purchases from Autogeek, I would have to say that their customer service (email response time) really could use some work. They say 72 hour response time, but when competitors are responding in a matter of minutes, you're way, way behind!

I have made purchases from PakShak twice and my third order is on the way. They seem to have a very good customer service and fast shipment.

Besides, when shipping to Canada, the shipping cost is fair. (they don't rip off from the shipping cost, they sometimes help out the customer by absorbing it in the handling charge)

One thing that is out of their control is USPS may choose either Canada Post or Purolator as the take-over agent for the delivery. I wish it is always Purolator as they don't seem to have a handling charge for USPS Gobal Express Mail.

I am now about to try eShine.ca, after reading the posts here. I didn't know there is such a Canadian shop selling the niche detailing supplies. Particularly interested in the Plexus.

I have ordered from most all of the above and have no complaints with any of them but my favorite is Pakshak. I just like the way Ranney has treated me over the years and I prefer his MF.
