FWIW, I used LM on the Yukon's (coated) leather the other day, and I gotta say it sure softened it up, a lot more than I was expecting. That's one leather that didn't really respond to Sonus...the cleaner dried sorta tacky/sticky and the treatment did too, without affecting any sort of softening that I could discern (part of why I wasn't expecting much from the LM).

RaskyR1 & D&D Auto Detail- Thanks for the LTT info. I understand about the "light lemony scent that dissipates quickly", seems like quite a few OK interior products have had that over the years.

Heh heh, I gotta admit I'm a fanatic about my vehicles smelling "factory fresh", even the dog-haulers! I simply *love* getting into an older car that still smells new. Too bad "new" doesn't really mean "that good old new-car smell" anymore...sigh...all those unhealthy things they used back in the day smelled heavenly.

That's exactly why it has been worth the price of admission for me. :)

Thanks, I think I have finally decided and will be purchasing the LM trio.

So you have concluded your findings to a new leather system for your 2 year old Infiniti?

I vote for LM too!

However, perform a “magic square to test it out!

Tests clean it on a portion of the worst soiled area; to determine its cleaning effectiveness down to the original OEM finish.

Feel with your fingers; should not be tacky (that’s the health of the finish) and should feel squeaky as all detergency and suspended residue should be rinse away.

Strange, the pH of healthy auto leathers has a pH value close to our human skin.

That’s the first phase.

Leather Rejuvenating is the second phase for the leather structure; it’s optional only to perforated panels or worn areas on non-absorbent pigmented leathers; mandatory on all absorbent leathers.

The third phase is the conditioning or protection the leather finish of your choice; and know precisely the benefit of doing so.

If phase one “magic square fail to impress; the project should be abandon and another system to be tested out.

Will you post some pictures of your “magic square?
