White Road Paint on Trim-Any tips on removal?

A friend of my wife's drove here Volvo SUV over some lines that had apparently just been painted. She ended up with paint splattered all over the side of the car, but mostly on the black plastic trim at the bottom and around the wheel wells. It's now about a week old and stuck like glue to the textured trim. I can use a clay bar on the paint and get it off, but on the trim, the texture prevents me from getting into the texture.

I tried some Denatured Alcohol, with mixed results. Didn't pull it out of the detailed texture. Any tips on products would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I'd try WD-40 or some 3M general purpose adhesive cleaner and rub it in with a toothbrush or cloth. A Mr. Clean magic eraser might work also depending on how deep the texture is.
