Ive never seen one that cheap. My local BMW dealer has an 02 (I think) with about 50k on the clock and a few minor door dings and they are still asking $38 or $39k! You can get an 02 525i for about $23-28k.

I'd think even in that condition the drug dealers would pay more than $15k just for the title, VIN, and airbags. (get the picture)

The used car market is supposedly in a slump right now due to new cars being so cheap, but highline used never takes a hit.
