which is the lesser aggresive polish: 3m Perfect-It II or Meguiars #83 DACP

As per topic. Which is the lesser aggresive polish? 3m Perfect-It II foam polishing pad glaze or Meguiars #83 Dual Action Cleaner Polish

The reason why I am asking is I have both products and I would like to use the least aggresive one first to see if it is sufficient on the paint. thanks guys

#83 is level 6 (medium cut) but PERFECT-IT SWIRL MARK REMOVER DARK CARS is only level 3 (polish).
