I use a viking sponge because the vegetation scum ruins my MFs.

i still wonder why people aren't using what they normall use to wash the car. With ONR i use my sheepskin and a large ww for drying.

The same reason I wouldn't use a sheepskin mitt to wipe down a kitchen counter.

In a wet soapy wash, the mitt, sponge or brush merely agitates the grime to get it in solution with the soapy water, to later be rinsed away. With ONR, I feel the (MF WW) towel is better since the dirt is being wiped OFF the surface. I feel the waffle weave towel is more effective than with a sponge or a mitt.



But my approach is different too, since I spray ONR (QD concentration) on and wipe off with a rinse towel, then a dry one - a cross between wash and QD.



But if you feel the mitt works well for you, that's fine too.
