Where is my order??

CMA seems to be pushing them. I have one and while it works as advertised (pulls over the paint as smooth as a sheep skin chamois) but it doesn't dry the car worth beans. in fact I demoted it to wiping down leather and plastic surfaces durring the weekly wash.
 
I have the Water Sprite. Not sure if its the same as the Water Sprite Plus. I did purchase it from CMA a year ago. In all sincerity, I don't like it much at all. I don't use it.
 
yeah, I tried it again yesterday to make sure. I still don't like it. it leaves little tiny threads behind and doesn't dry well. I'm going to continue using the absorber.
 
Agreed! I've beenusing the Water Bandit myself. Pretty good product. Many here rave about the Big Blue Towel though.
 
Don, I love the water bandit! It's amazing how soft it is and how well it absorbs water. I normally use the BBT towel now, but once in a while I miss using the WB and go back to it.
 
I use One Grand's Water Sprite. I thought the Plus and

the regular OG were the same company but probably not

because my WS doesn't leave any little threads and it drinks water.
 
Placed a order on Monday 13th and still have not recieved it.....left several messages through email to customer service and several staff members voice mail with no return call..........what is going on??? I was really hoping to have gotten the order by today 6/17/11 2 details lined up........this really concerns me........my order number is 200872

Today is only the 17th Wendell. I understand your frustration, but I do believe you have jumped the gun a bit here

If having the order was absolute vital to completing the jobs you have lined up, you might should've considered next day air

Pick up the phone and call them.

I called about a drop ship order that I had not received yet today. I am not sure I liked the answer but I did talk to someone

Thanks Flash......or Trouble............ordering I have always been able to get within 3-4 days......this is the 5th day ......and I never recieved a tracking number to track thru UPS......but, as the old saying goes.....take care of your customers...or, someone else will !!!

No return phone calls...No tracking number in 5 days....If it were me, I would cancel the order

Maybe its because of that earthquake they had in Japan?!?!?!?

They are having a problem with the server. Tampa had a unexpected thunderstorm and killed the server. So I believe they are still working on it as I saw Angelo yesterday. Relax your package will get to you soon.
 
It does sound interesting. If they were expected, they would have been prepared and no server issues....:rolleyes:

All I was and still am wanting, would be a phone call,email or a response on the status of my order...they could have posted this issue on the Forum to give people a heads up on this issue, I have only ordered from PAC 2 times and had problems both times......never had any problems with other Detailing Web Sites placing orders ....?????????? who knows, maybe one day the packages will show up at my door...........
 
The not returning my phone call would be the deal killer for me. There is no excuse for poor communications. Especially in this day and age

Why not calll first thing Monday morning? When I called the 1-800 number friday I got the option to listen to the directory. I would suggest you just ask for Jack. I do not think they monitor the forums for order support. I had sent a forum PM as well with no response yet but I know from previous experience it may take a day for someone to respond.
