Where has all of the sheepskin gone?

It's not really a knock on the mitts.

Just sometimes I might have some small tar come on the car or tire sling, and the sheepskin mitt doesn't really clean them that easily. It's great when you fill it up with soap and suds though, just glides across the paint.

The MF allows a bit more "bite" and I doubt the marring, if any, is much.

ONRS = Optimum No Rinse & Shine, a hoseless wash.

That bit more "bite" you refer to is why I don't use MF to wash. MF has excellent scrubbing abilities that is why it removes product so well when you buff with it. Problem is when washing with MF I find it to be hard on the LSP. It cleans too well. As you mentioned sheepskin "just glides across the paint" and that is what I want. If I have stubborn spots that need extra attention than I use the appropriate products to do the job.

Are those synthetic or sheepskin??
Those are synthetic, I had one heck of a time getting rid of leaves, dirt etc from it...oh without success of course! 'I' won't recommend this

You can check this site for some sheepskin mitts. Walmart only had three wash mitts.

Thanks, that's more of the price I was looking for and I might be able to pick up some other things too. Have you ever bought their mitts or anything from them?

What is the difference between wool and sheepskin? Are they one in the same?

Does anyone know where they get the wash mitts they sell at Griot's Garage? I love this mitt and think it is bye far the best I've used. I just wish I could find it elsewhere cheaper like you can most of the things they sell.
