Please share your thoughts on the subject of where you go to find good employees.
You have determined what jobs you need to have done and you know what skills and qualifications are needed.
You have taken the time to write job descriptions that outline all of the duties and skills that are required to complete the job.
You have written an employee manual, calculated the cost of benefits and have an idea of how you intend to screen applicants.
You know what type of training program will be necessary and at what cost to your business.
You have researched detailing businesses in your area in an attempt to figure out how much you will need to budget for salaries.
You have also identified the salary and benefits you intend to offer, such as vacation and sick time.
You have done your homework and plan to focus on the applicant's qualifications, work history and attitude during the interview.
You intend to do background checks and possible drug screenings.
You plan to bring other people into the interview process, such as your managers in order to get their impression of the applicant.
You plan to put the job offer in writing and specifically spell out the job description along with the hours required.
