Where can I purchase UPP?

I have a silver car with AIO, SG, S100 and Pink Wax currently on the car. I've heard that UPP really makes metallic colors "pop", so I would like to give it a try. Where can I get this stuff from and would I need to strip all the products that are on the car currently before using it? Thanks for your help.
