When is it okay to put decals over opti-coat?

I've applied opti-coat 2.0 two months ago on my moms car. She wants to put a "support the troops" magnetic decal on the trunk. How long do I have to wait until it wont mess up the opti-coat?
 
Opti-Coat should be fully cured after 1 month. I would talk her out of the magnet and suggest a window sticker instead. There is no way to avoid dust and dirt getting behind those magnets and there is almost always at least a little marring from that as well as potential shadowing after long periods of time.
 
I have dealt with a lot of beat up, faded trucks because of magnets like this. Window stickers for the win!
