Great car. But my curiosity gets the better of me....why the '91 Turbo vs say the '94 (same body but with the 3.6, bigger brakes, etc.)

If memory serves me correctly '91 was the last year of the rear drive air cooled turbo 6.

1st - DREAM CAR

Lamborghini Miura (droooooool)

2nd - Unrealistic Car

Lamborghini Murcielago

3rd - Attainable

94/95 Corvette ZR1

or a Lingenfelter Corvette

4th - If I put mind to it, I could have it:

G35 with aftermarket Twin Turbo

Then again, a early model Shelby Cobra or a 2003+ Ferrari Coupe would nice as well.

Then there's always the super exotics like:

McLaren F1

Bugatti Veyron

'94 was the last year of the rear drive air cooled 911 turbo. The â€Ëœ94 is commonly called a 3.6 Turbo (b/c of the increased displacement over the 91-92 turbo) aside from the increase in displacement and horsepower it was the first car to come with the âہ“big redâ€Â brakes. Many people refer to the car as the âہ“bad boysâ€Â car because it appeared in the 1st Bad Boys movie. The 3.6 is rather rare compared to the 91-92 Turboâ€â„¢s. There was also a Turbo S (increased hp some air intakes on the rear flairs, etc.) produced in â€â„¢94 but it is much more rare than the 3.6. Then in 96 the 993 twin turbo was introduced (still air cooled but with all wheel drive).

I love the 964 bodied Turbos. Great deals can be found on the 91-92 cars. The potential for these cars with modifications are incredible. Eventually I would love to get one and modify it, but the Porschephile in me would not let me do the modifications to the '94 b/c of the rarity of them so 91-92 would be choice for the none all wheel drive Turbos.
