Whats you favorite Souveran combo?

I'm taking the ultimate plunge and buying some Souveran, I couldn't resist. I won a $50 gift certificate from Autogeek (thanks Mike!) and have decided to spend it on trying 2 products I have been die'ing to use: Wolfgang twins and Souveran.

Now my question, what do you use in your souveran combo?

I have plenty of products available:
Polishes: AIO, VM, #80, WG Cleaner, 4*UPC
Sealents: WG, EX, UPP
Waxes: Souveran of course!!!

Taking into consideration what I have available I was thinking about doing:
-Clay
-AIO
-WG Cleaner
-WG Sealent
-Souveran

I know using the WG cleaner after AIO probably isn't neccessary but it can't hurt, right? I wanted to use the AIO basically for it's cleaning ability. Should I pick one or the other? (I am a little excited I want to use everything!)

Also, in this process what can be layered? WG? Souveran?

Lastly and most importantly, what are you favorite combos using Souveran! I'm eager to know!

TIA, STeve

I use Menzerna polishes, then AIO X2, have build up several applications of SG ( although the Wolfgang sounds like a very attractive alternative) and then really take my time applying Souveran via spit shine technique using Crystal Mist. The SG can be layered although it will be an ongoing project and the Souveran via this technique can be reapplied again next day.

I just remembered, my car has a few minor swirls so I will need to hit it with #80 first. I'm really anxious to try the WG twins so I may try
#80
WG twins
Souveran

I plan on only using the souvean on my show car but maybe I'll experiment on my truck as well. Who knows.

i just placed an order for some Souveran Signature. Cant wait to try this weekend (if it stops raining). Supposed to be great for metal flake in my Black Tacoma. Pics will be posted.

I personally think Souveran over a sealant is a waste. Id use a good but significantly cheaper wax ( S100 ) in that situation. For me, the sealant takes the edge off depth and wetness achievable with Souveran, especially on dark colours ( black in particular ).

For me, polish your paint to be as swirl free as possible ( usually Menzerna FP, but some areas may need IP/SSR2.5 ), then follow with P21S GEPC and then Souveran. For me that is a bomb combo. Not as long lasting as the sealant/wax combo, but better looking. With what you have, I'd recommend VM and then Souveran as your "LSP combo".

This is all just my opinion of course. What you end up doing with your paintwork and the products you use is entirely up to you.......

Amen.

IMO, glaze + wax combo looks better than sealant + wax. I just applied meguiars hand polish by hand followed by pinnacle signature and my metallic red looks dripping wet. Its the deepest and wettest looking i've been able to achieve so far.

My favorite Souveran combo is Vanilla Moose, then Souveran.

Super wet and super gorgeous!

Not to Hijack the thread but....

I just rec'd my Souveran Signature. I have SG, UPP and PPP. what is the best route to go? Black metallic paint.

Souveran works excellent over Wolfgang. Check it out..... :D

Souveran Signature?? :wha

If you want some serious durability, use SG (assuming you're talking about Klasse Sealant Glaze), and top it with the Pinnacle wax after 24 hours. It'll look great :)

WOW MAtt! That's a sick shine. I have almost all of the above products to use in my combo, I'll keep you updated on what I decide to use. The VM + SOuveran sounds tastey, however I am very anxious to try my new WG too, so we'll see.

Matt-
That black is awesome. The Signature is a spinoff of Souveran that is supposedly supposed to make a lot of pop for metallics. I will go with SG then Signature. Hopefully this weekend. Yesssssssss.

It's green :D

I guess that really does say something if it shines like black, though :cool

You got like 3 feet of air on that one!

Back on topic :D,

I'd say Menzerna FPII, then Klasse AIO, then Souveran. Although for the next show I'm in I will go Menzerna PO85RD (FPII, but shinier), Menzerna FTG, then Souveran.
