What's the best way to keep Diamond Plate like new?

I just put a new diamond plate toolbox and bed rails on my Z71 and was wondering what is the best way to keep that stuff shining?

there are some nifty metal sealants if you do some looking. Also i had a friend who clearcoated some diamondplate and its looked new for a long time

If it's aluminum (and most likely it is), polish it with a quality aluminum polish.
