What is the proper procedure, first deoly a swirl remover then a pre-wax cleaner polish; or Pre-Wax cleaner polish than Swirl Remover. The Swirle remover I'm refering to is SSR2, and the Pre-Wax Cleaner Polish is AIO.

SSR first and then AIO. You might want to consider using some clay after the wash and before the SSR.

Clay Bar
Swirl remove
Polish
seal
wax

That is the very basic idea of your process!
