So what does everyone think of this product. I noticed that sean (gsrstilez) has mad it a part of his regimen lately. So anyone have some thoughts on this?

Acidic wheel cleaners are fine if used properly. They can harm both you and the wheels you are working on. Make sure to thoroughly rinse the wheels (and keep the stuff off of you). Also, never use acidic wheel cleaners on wheels that have any pitting or cracking already. The acidic wheel cleaners will make that condition worse.

I believe Spray & Rinse is also acidic. :dunno If so, the same care should be taken.

I don't know anything about the acidic wheel cleaner above, but if it works as well as EO A2Z, I'd be very impressed. I think the gallon of acidic wheel cleaner above is much cheaper than A2Z too!

The key is having a cool wet wheel and wet working area. Rinse everything completely when done and follow the wheel up with a mild car wash and a mitt to neutralize the surface.

I would NOT use this stuff on a regular basis on rims as it is far too harsh, however with some of the vehicles I have gotten lately, if I didn't have this stuff, I would be spending 10-15 mins per rim with multiple steps.

Also, use gloves, glasses, and a mask.

I think A2Z is the opposite of the acidic wheel cleaners, meaning that it is highly akaline. I believe I have read that here as well as other places. In any case, it's getting harder to find the A2Z in the orange bottle. The new All Wheel Cleaner in the gray bottle is a let down compared to A2Z IMO.

I found the orange bottled A2Z at AZ. If you haven't checked there, give them a shot. I think it's pretty expensive relative to the acid above, but the results, I think are very impressive.

Acid wheel cleaners MUST be used caution big time. I used them for a while but found that it was to hard to control, staining, etching, were some of the issues. It cannot be used on unfinished rims or clear coated that I saw.
The health issue must use gloves, mask and glasses.

How does it clean?

Cuts everything in its way that was the good part. For me I would have some for spot cleaning areas that are hard to get out.

To bad this stuff only comes in gallons and up. I wanted some for spot cleaning. I will just have to stick with the APC.

Ya for 10 bucks I guess it wouldnt hurt. I just think I will have it around forever. but another gallon does look cool on the shelf haha.

i dont know what kind of acid it has in it. but i know we ware those thick plastic gloves and and a face mask when we use acid on boats.....so yea make sure ur carefull when u use this stuff.

This acid isn't as strong as others.

For instance, I've done over 10 vehicles with it thus far and never cleaned out my sprayer. Yup, still sprays fine. Next, it's not straight Hydrofluoric Acid. It has Phosphoric in there as well. I think the HFl is the worst kind.

Honestly, this stuff works very well and to this day, no ill effects.

Here is some clear coated wheels with it...cut 50/50 with water.

I realize they are opposite sides of the car before and after but they looked the same before. I do realize the backsides are not cleaned all the way, I only had a few minutes to play around with it.

There was only 1 or 2 spots that needed light agitation to come clean.
Rest was spray on spray off after 10 seconds.
