Most OTC non-cleaner waxes will have some slight cleaners but won't be so aggressive as actual cleaner waxes. I would venture to guess, Gold Class?
Most boutique waxes are either cleaner waxes or "pure" waxes but again, I guess, that any liquid wax will have some slight cleaning ability because the solvents to liquefy the wax ought to do some cleaning.
