What soap to order for foam gun?

Hey guys,

I am about to place an order at autogeek with a new foam gun and I am wondering what soap to get to go along with it. I am looking for the highest foaming soap available on autogeek. Thanks in advance,

Ben

Those are definitely real world pictures. If you check out the AutoGeek.net forum, you should be able to find some more.

I have a foam gun and have used it a couple times. The foam is unbelievable. The only problem that I'm recoving from back surgery (last week) so I can't get out there and wash my car. Although, I'm trying to talk my wife into washing it for me if I talk her through everything. If I can get her to do it this weekend, I'll try to snap some pictures.

I hled off for a long time myself and finally broke to the pressure. It truly does make it fatser and easier to wash! My method is, foam top, use mitt few decent swipes, rinse. One whole side, same thing. Really cuts down on the back and forth to the bucket with the mitt. I love it most for my Harley.

Just a side note.

The foam gun doesn't completely replace the bucket. You should still have a bucket of clean water to use as a rinse bucket. Otherwise, all the dirt you're cleaning is staying in your wash mit and you're going to induce swirls into your paint.

Sounds like a lot of people are using the foamgun very differently from how I use it, hope it works out for you.

I use Griot's Car Wash in mine; I don't care about foam, I want lubricity.

If you want to use a foamgun without rinsing your wash media, I'd shoot the foam through the bristles of a BHB.
