Personally I think you will love both. The ease of use/removal of EX is bar none and FD is amazing. I am still not convinced EX is a true sealant in the logevity factor however. It does yield great results however.
 
Just got the FD , indeed very amazing.



I will be getting the 1z polishes some time or another. i want to find a site where i can find the pro products.

I've used with VM and S100, but not with CM/CMW. Next time I do a 3 step on a customers car or have time to actually clean my own car, I'll try it out. Most the cars I maintain need only a two step most of the time and really, using #81 in between would be more for like an 'ultimate finish' type wax job for someone who was going to show a car.
 
My wife just bought me a PC 7336 for our anniversary (I've been playing with it for the past 2 days!). When she ordered it from a website, she told them it was for our anniversary. When I got the PC package Saturday, there was a free bottle of 1Z Metallic Polish & Wax inside with a note telling me Happy Anniversary! I believe it was the owner's wife or daughter who sent the polish and note. Very nice touch from that company/website that I'm sure to remember in the future.

Back to the original post, I'm looking forward to trying this 1Z polish as soon as the LC pads I've ordered arrive. I also ordered the Hi-temp Light Cut. Looking forward to using all of it.

OT, but is the Light Cut more aggressive than Megs #9? #9 is taking multiple applications to remove the light swirls with my PC and its original pad. Is it the pad, or the #9, that makes this combo very mild? Any suggestions? (all new pads and Light Cut should be here the end of the week at the latest).

I would like to try s100 wax but when I called up a couple local motor cycle dealers and none of them carries it!
 
I am thinking of getting the whole Platinum line. Cleaner, PUPP, Leather cleaner and conditioner, car wash, QD. What do you guys think of this stuff?
 
Platinum, don't both with the cleaner, PUPP is good, QD is good, but Megs. final detail looks fantastic on it and is cheaper. Tire gel is really good. Don't know about leather products. Car wash is ok IMO.

For a cleaner, get some AIO or some Swirl Free Polish.
 
Try something new? Oh yes, I'd like to try something new... When will there be something new I don't have... :confused: (except Zaino, of course, but I'm not on the one way road so far). :(
 
I can't wait to try Meguiars "Lab Sample D".:D The product isn't out yet but I've seen some pictures Mike has posted of a black MB using this wax and the only description I have is bottomless pool of water. Supposedly this product will be on the market by late November, I hope to get a taste of it just a bit sooner.;) :bounce



Other products I'm considering is Klasse AIO and SG.:xyxthumbs
