For me its that cool saturday morning wash. Using the foam gun etc. Way early. No one else up. Followed by prima hydro wax as you dry to finish it off.

I put creating that perfect finish. As crazy as it sounds I enjoyed sanding/buffing my GTO. But it was a tough choice because I love putting on a great LSP and getting paid. LOL

My satisfaction is to have one of the best detailed cars in any parking lot. It is less about paint perfection but general appearance, nice beading in the rain, etc.

The looks and stares your cars get when they are properly detailed. You can almost read their minds as they think "wow I wish my car looked like that" :)

Same here. I get up at 4:45 am most weekends, get my coffee and breakfast in then out to wash. I usually try to be almost done drying by the time the sun peaks its head over the mountain.

Wow. That's early. I guess you don't have many neighbors. Mine would kill me if I used my Master Blaster to dry at that hour.

I just like playing with new products then putting them on the shelf long enough to seem like a new product all over again when I use it next.

Love it when people come up just to strike a conversation about how good the car looks. It makes me feel good about my obsession lol.
