What lsp for this white toyota paint

Its my day off from work and i have this tacoma here to work on.

Not polishing, just wash clay and lsp + interior but would consider an aio via duetto + tangerine hydrotech as its a lot of flat panels

Hes gonna sell it.

Ive never worked on this white before, it looks like it has almost no clear coat.

Im thinking just exp via hand
Or maybe hydro2lite for ease

what lsp do u think is best

My phone will not let me attach pics, not sure if the pic attached but its like that white tundra donbeezy did. That milky white 90s model, on a tacoma.

Im gonna start on wheels and washing since its not very hot yet. Will save the lsp for after lunch in garage.

I would use Polish w/ Carnauba or Polish w/ Sealant ... I believe that will be a single stage paint and would get the most out of a one step with either one ... (if you have either)
 
probably single stage paint like the rest of the toyota white vehicles. going to have to hit it with some type of abrasive to bring back the shine (knock off the oxidation). i would go with any LSP thats durable since the oxidation will come back if its not protected with something strong.

i used jescar powerlock on both the white tundras i did this past weekend.
 
I called him and offered a good deal on a 1step and he declined. Said to just use whatever would last a month or two and look good.

I decided to wash first since it was gonna be hot today...
There was a bunch of orange paint on the lower door panels and fender flares i had to spend a lot of time removing.
Tarminator
Bug scrubbing block
Clay
Card wrapped in mf towel


i ended up using hydro2 lite on the paint ....its almost like it barely worked on the hood and roof. The sides bead like crazy but the roof and hood are super slick and sheet well but beading is really bad. Its strange.

Edit:used prima hydro as drying aid too

Now i have the interior to steam and if i have time id like to polish the windshield at least with a water spot remover

No worry about staining with the color of pws?
I know u guys said before some gelcoat can absorb the pigment..not sure if that concept is the same with regular paint.

its my goto aio actually and i wanted to use it but remembered i made a promise to myself this year to do what im being paid for.

The PwS does not seem to stain anything ... the Blue might leave it a bit off white

wow and they are not even from a Shawn`s scratch and dent sale :lol2:

yeah I gave up on that promise as I had my name on the work, whether paid for or not :(

He said hes selling it so he really just wanted it to look better. I think i acomolished that but u know how it is. We always want to do more..im just not going to give that labor away

The dented ones are almost empty. Squeezed to get the last out. they didnt actually come dented
 
512detail- ah,then maybe this would be a good candidate! This isn`t just my usual "oh, use FK1000P on everything.." advice, I had it on the white Crown Vic and it was perfect for that cars (very trashed) paint.

ok so i got this out and used it, on my hood :)

Because its supposd to rain tonight or tomorrow and i wanna see the beads

A couple heavy doses on pb trim restorer put on the plastic last week. Helped some. Still needs work
