Seems like my most common sale is no show's. I've had two in the last two scheduled details.

Mine canceled too for this morning.
I do almost entirely full details. THe majority of my clients tend to be younger guys with nicer bmw's and porsches. Many of them are willing to wash and wax their car on their own, but don't have the time, knowledge or tools for a full detail.
As for those that dont know what the point of a "full detail" is, I ussually just pick up my light. Shine it on their paint and point out the swirls and imperfections. Most people are absolutely shocked by how horrible their paint is and suddenly become insterested in the full detail. Showing is much easier than explaining
