What is your morning ritual?

when i wake up, i usually get ready and go run a few miles every other day. would do it every day, but it gets pretty hard on the joints. also, i try to have one of these every day (can version), these are addicting!

Gee I don't know what to think about this. I 'm afraid that some day we'll look back and see that this is the thread were Autopia " Jumped the shark". :think:

Here's Mine:

5:00am - Lab jumps on bed and licks my face 'cause he's gotta go (don't even need an alarm clock anymore)

5:15am - stick my finger with the Accu-Check and record blood glucose

5:30am - walk on treadmill for 20 minutes (working towards 30 minutes)

6:00am - Shower, etc

6:20am - Oatmeal breakfast with flax seed (kinda like eating tree bark but it's heart healthy) and check the forums

7:00am - Out the door to the BMW shop

9:05 am alarm goes off

9:05 01 am hit the snooze until the clock reads 10:00 a.m

10:30 let the dog do her thing outside

10:35 Make eggs for me and the dog and plenty of coffee for me

11:00 watch Boy Meets grill

11:30 take my coffee and dog upstairs to check forums and jam out

2:00 pm take off to work

11:20-11:30 pm make it home and kiss the wife good night (she wakes up @5:00 am) shower wide awake again

12:00 am check forums again

1:00 am put a dvd of Friends and watch some episodes

2:00 am try and fall asleep and do it all over again.
 
5:19am. Hit the snooze till 5:50am.

5:55am take a shower

6:25am off to work trying to beat the buses

6:55am check email, work emails, myspace, forums, check lastnights scores and view highlights.

8:00am start my work day after wasting an hour

2:00pm off to lunch, eat fast and check out the car and the beautiful shine

3:30pm go home

4:00pm on the net again, and eat watch ESPN, talk with GF, QD the car if needed...

10:00pm get ready for bed

10:30 talk to gf and say goodnite

11:00 dead asleep and ready to deal with it the next day.
 
4:05am drag my *** out of bed, head down stairs

4:10am feed my Betta

4:15am uncover and feed the parakeets

4:20am bathroom ritual - 3 S's

4:35am go back up stairs get dressed

4:45am kiss g/f goodbye

4:48am pack lunch

4:55am jump in one of my vehicles

5:00am stop at sheetz, get some caffeine & breakfast

5:45am get to work, log into everything and start surfing the forums, email, etc

4:30pm leave work

5:15pm get home from work

5:20pm change clothes

5:30pm go to part time job

5:30pm start working

10:30-11:00pm leave part time job

11:30pm shower

12:15 pass out for a couple hours...
 
When I read this thread I was like the black guy in the garbage truck in the beginning of Terminator when the time displacement lightning was striking his truck....
